Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the software and connected services where you live. Access may be limited, withdrawn, or unavailable by location, provider policy, sanctions rules, law, app distribution requirements, capacity, or technical readiness. Amethyst does not promise unrestricted access or make a “no KYC” commitment.
Independent interface
Amethyst is an independent mobile interface. It does not operate PERPL, control PERPL liquidity, validate Monad, custody your external wallet, or guarantee the availability or behavior of any provider. “Powered by PERPL” describes the exchange infrastructure used by the product; it is not a claim that Amethyst is PERPL's official app.
Beta software
The beta may be incomplete, unavailable, changed without notice, or contain defects. Testnet networks can reset and test balances can disappear. Do not rely on testnet state as a record of value. You agree to use the beta for evaluation and to follow access and testing instructions.
Wallet and credentials
You are responsible for the wallets, devices, authentication methods, and recovery paths you choose. Never share a seed phrase, private key, API credential, or raw signature. Review every wallet request and transaction intent. Revoking an Amethyst trading session does not delete a blockchain wallet.
Trading risk
Perpetuals are complex leveraged products. In a production environment you can lose the collateral allocated to a position, and protocol mechanics or account configuration may create additional loss. Leverage magnifies losses and moves liquidation closer. Orders may fill partially, at an unexpected average price, late, or not at all. Funding, fees, mark price, volatility, liquidity, outages, oracle behavior, network congestion, transaction failure, smart-contract behavior, and liquidation can materially affect the result.
Nothing on this site or in the app is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Amethyst does not recommend an asset, direction, order, leverage level, or strategy and does not guarantee profit, execution, settlement time, or availability.
Transactions and third parties
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Verify addresses, network, token, amount, allowance, fees, and contract intent before approval. Third-party services—including PERPL, Monad RPC providers, Privy, Reown/WalletConnect, and wallet apps—control their own systems and terms. You are responsible for reviewing them.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade eligibility or access controls, interfere with service operation, exploit other users, submit malicious traffic, misuse provider systems, or use the beta in violation of law or applicable third-party terms.
Changes and termination
Amethyst may change, suspend, or end beta access, routes, functionality, or these terms as the product and provider requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its date.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website and beta are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, security, execution, or preservation of data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amethyst is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, trading, protocol, network, wallet, provider, or lost-data damages arising from use or inability to use the beta.
