Support

Bring the state.
Leave out the secrets.

For the fastest diagnosis, tell us what you were trying to do, what the app showed, and whether the issue changed after relaunching.

Never send a seed phrase, private key, full API credential, raw signature, or unredacted wallet backup. Amethyst support will never ask you to move funds to “verify” an account.

Contact

DM @theamethystapp on X. During the private beta, we aim to acknowledge reports within two business days. Security-sensitive reports should use the subject “Amethyst security report.”

Include

  • Amethyst version and build number from Settings.
  • Network shown in the app.
  • Wallet path: embedded or connected, without sharing secrets.
  • The exact action, expected result, and visible error.
  • Approximate time and a redacted screenshot if useful.
  • A copied beta diagnostic snapshot when the app offers one.

Trading-key recovery

Removing a trading credential in Amethyst clears it only from that device; it does not revoke the corresponding server-side key. Use PERPL's API key manager separately to review or revoke server-side keys. Approving again generates a new device key rather than reusing exported material.

Funding and transactions

The TestFlight beta uses Monad mainnet. Check the transaction status in the explorer link shown by Amethyst. A submitted transaction may remain pending, fail, or be replaced. Amethyst cannot reverse a finalized on-chain transaction or recover assets sent to an incorrect address.

Delete account or local data

Go directly to account and data deletion to start a hosted-account request or follow the connected-wallet-only removal steps. The page explains verification, provider boundaries, and the beta completion target without implying that Amethyst can delete a blockchain wallet.
