Hosted Amethyst / Privy account
If you sign in with Apple, Google, email, or another hosted method, use the button below to start a verified deletion request. During the private beta, support processes the request manually because Privy's deletion API requires a server-held credential that must never ship inside the iOS app.
Say that you want to delete your hosted Amethyst account and name the sign-in method you used. Do not post identity details publicly; support will continue in a private thread and provide the verification step.
Beta service target: acknowledgement within two business days, then completion or a specific retention explanation within 30 calendar days after identity verification. Completion is confirmed in the same private support thread.
Connected-wallet-only session
Amethyst did not create or custody your external wallet, so there is no hosted Amethyst identity to delete. To remove the app's local relationship with that wallet:
- Revoke Amethyst/PERPL trading keys in PERPL's API key manager.
- Disconnect the wallet or sign out in Amethyst.
- Delete Amethyst from the iPhone to remove its remaining app container.
This does not delete or export the wallet, move funds, undo transactions, or erase public blockchain history.
What the request covers
- Amethyst-controlled data: support and deletion-request records are deleted unless they must be retained for security or legal reasons.
- Privy identity: Amethyst requests deletion of the hosted user. Privy documents that it disassociates and archives the embedded-wallet record rather than deleting the on-chain wallet; recovery may not remain available afterward.
- PERPL: API keys, account state, order/fill history, and security records follow PERPL's own deletion and retention rules. Revoking an API key is not account deletion.
- Local iPhone data: credentials, consent, recovery journals, inbox, notification token, diagnostics, and preferences live in the app container or Keychain. Follow the in-app guidance before deleting the app.
- Blockchain: wallet addresses, balances, transactions, and other public records generally cannot be erased.
Need help first?
Read the privacy policy or use the support checklist. If funds or an unresolved transaction are involved, preserve the transaction hash and resolve the wallet or PERPL state before removing recovery records.
